Plan Includes

  • 🤫 Shhhh, really, this program is 7 weeks. Week 7 will be Deload Week, we will decrease the intensity and volume. This is used to give your body a break from intense workouts, allowing for recovery, adaptation, and injury prevention. THIS WILL PREPARE YOUR BODY TO COME BACK STRONGER FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF TRAINING.
