6 Week Mommy Makeover Challenge (Phase 3)

This is a comprehensive 12-week training and nutrition program. In this phase, the focus is on muscle toning and definition – helping you build lean muscle and shed excess fat for a strong, sculpted physique – all while keeping the approach flexible and sustainable for busy moms. The program includes 4 workouts per week (2 strength training days, 1 Pilates/core day, 1 cardio day) with rest or light activity on the other days. You’ll follow a science-based progression (periodization) to gradually increase workout intensity and complexity, ensuring continued results without burnout. We also provide a flexible macro-based eating framework (with a vegetarian-friendly option) to fuel your workouts, support fat loss, and teach you how to build balanced, satisfying meals for long-term success. Plan Includes

  • 🤫 Shhhh this program is really 13 weeks. Week 1 will be Deload Week, we will decrease the intensity and volume. This is used to give your body a break from intense workouts, allowing for recovery, adaptation, and injury prevention. THIS WILL PREPARE YOUR BODY TO COME BACK STRONGER FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF TRAINING.
